Alvaro G. Soffia is a Certified General Contractor in Florida with more than 18 years of experience as construction contractor, License. CGC 1514929, and more than 30 years of international experience as a Civil Engineer (UCR) building different kinds of projects, and Certified Home Inspector, License H15412, Sales Agent, License SL 3216634.
Mr. Soffia is registered member by various professional associations including NAHB, (National Association of Home Builders), FHBA, (Florida Home Builders Association), VBIA, (Volusia Building Industry Association) ACI, (American Concrete Institute), ASHI, (American Society of Home Inspectors), INTERNACHI, (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), AII, (American Institute of Home Inspectors, FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors), and others.
Mr. Soffia has a very extensive record of local and international experience and background in residential and commercial construction, real estate development, property development, property management, construction management, construction of highways, high-rises, subdivisions, bridges, sanitary and Rainwater system of cities, and others.
